Call Shelly at 612.518.5682 to register at a discounted rate of $200 by mentioning Valley Natural Foods, or e-mail shelly@balancedexcellence.com

This program provides you with techniques and resources to look within yourself to simplify your life, while putting more of your energy where it matters most. You may have multiple roles in life –professional career, corporate or community leader, hobbyist, volunteer, entrepreneur, parent – yet the one thing that will enhance your impact across all of these is to be more connected with yourself.

Our belief is that you will not grow into your full potential until you look deep into yourself and come to know who you are, your unique purpose, your passions, what is most important to you. Ultimately, you will find success and fulfillment by knowing and honoring who you truly are. That is what “Getting to What Matters” is all about. You will take stock of your past and identify some of the most important lessons you can carry into the future. You will look deep into your heart and discover a renewed sense of who you are - your life’s purpose as well as the passions that fuel you. We will leverage the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® for understanding the thinking behind your doing. You will select those principles by which you choose to govern yourself. You will clarify a balanced vision for the future and make plans to take you there.
