Even if you’re brand new to fitness and working out, you’ve probably seen or heard someone talking about eating clean, and secretly (or not so secretly) wondered what the heck they were talking about. Clean eating? Isn’t that just when you wash your fruit and veggies really well before you use them? That’s pretty clean?
And these motivational posts might add to your confusion: eat clean, train mean, get lean; abs are made in the kitchen; you can’t out-exercise a bad diet… Everybody’s telling you to eat clean, but what exactly do they mean? Join local holistic nutritionist, Jackie Mart, as she breaks down the fundamentals of clean eating (what it is, foods to eat, foods to cut back on and how to make eating clean easy) and shares her 3 Powerful Principles of Nutrition. You will walk away knowing exactly what to feed your body to look great on the outside and promote healing on the inside! A few tasty clean eating food samples are included!
Registered attendees will receive a $5 coupon. Class registrations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for some reason Valley Natural Foods cancels the class before the start date, attendees will be issued a full refund. If inclement weather arises, the class may be rescheduled for a different date.
