Join Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Anna Wiens, to explore simple daily practices that will support your whole body. Ayurveda teaches us how to live in a constantly changing environment.  By observing and aligning ourselves with the rhythms of nature, we can support the natural immune and detoxification processes of our bodies. These simple and time honored practices can support our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. Don’t miss next month’s lecture on Ayurvedic Self Care in which we’ll apply this knowledge in a more experiential setting.
