Eating for Energy: Fuel for Your Day

What would your life be like if you had an abundance of energy and vitality? Nourishment includes the food we eat as well as the choices we make in our lives.  We will make snacks such as Cashew Energy Balls and Chia Seed Pudding to give us fuel for the day. We’ll discuss the difference and how to make the right choices. We’ll also discuss bio-individuality, and the relationship between sugar and mood swings.

Lori Kearney is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and wellness educator with Mindful Health who teaches busy professionals how to stay energized, reduce fatigue and improve brain clarity and overall health and outlook on life.
