We’re heading into spring and this is a great time to get back in the kitchen with an eye towards feeling your best. It’s a great time to try new foods, new techniques, and new approaches to healthy eating. Chef AmyLeo has eaten a partially raw foods diet for years and will give you all her tips and tricks to work with fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and much more. She’ll show you how to turn up the flavor without turning on the stove or oven, and how to season your dishes with naturally delicious raw ingredients. Come prepared for a rawfully delightful time. This class is vegan, raw and gluten free. On the menu:
- Red Pepper Cashew Kale Chips
- Chipotle “Cheese” Dip with Fresh Vegetables
- Creamy Tomato Soup with Chipotle Lime Cashew Drizzle
- Tropical Fruit Pudding with Coconut Chips
All Vegan, All the Time! Attendees will receive a $5 store coupon.
Class registrations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for some reason Valley Natural Foods cancels the class before the start date, attendees will be issued a full refund. If inclement weather arises, the class may be rescheduled for a different date.
