Warm up the month with plant-based, whole-food recipes that will tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your tummy. African Peanut Stew, with nut-free options, is creamy, tangy, hearty and chock-full of nutrients. Savory Herby Biscuits are packed with herbs and spices and easy to make, not to mention vegan and gluten-free. Emerald Humus with Fresh Herbs, a flavorful bright green healthy oil-free spread, will liven up raw vegetables, crackers, flatbreads and wraps.
Registered attendees will receive a $5 coupon. Class registrations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for some reason Valley Natural Foods cancels the class before the start date, attendees will be issued a full refund. If inclement weather arises, the class may be rescheduled for a different date.
