Plant-Based Stovetop Meals

The mystery in plant-based cooking is not too hard to reveal. Start with all plant-based ingredients, find flavor combinations that suit your palette, apply age-old cooking techniques and you are set to go. Join Chef AmyLeo as she shows you how to chop, dice, purée, and water-sauté your way into a most delightful, oil-free, late-summer meal. On the menu:
- Black Bean Summer Stew with Floating Avocados
- Garlic Bread with Hemp Seed and Caper “Butter”
- Cucumber Ginger Salad
- Vanilla Pudding with fresh Berries
Registered attendees will receive a $5 coupon. Class registrations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for some reason Valley Natural Foods cancels the class before the start date, attendees will be issued a full refund. If inclement weather arises, the class may be rescheduled for a different date.
