Official Giveaway Rules
Equal Exchange Social Media Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Valley Natural Foods, located at 13750 County Road 11, Burnsville, MN 55337.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are able to pick up the prize in person at Valley Natural Foods in Burnsville, Minnesota.
Employees of Valley Natural Foods, members of their immediate households, and individuals involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on the date posted and ends on Saturday, July 11 at 11:59pm CT. Entries submitted after the giveaway period ends will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions listed in the giveaway post, which may include actions such as commenting on the post, following Valley Natural Foods, liking the post, or completing an entry form.
Limit one entry per person/account unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a 12 oz. bag of Equal Exchange Organic Cloudbreak Medium Roast Whole Bean Coffee, a branded tote and branded mug .
Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted. Valley Natural Foods reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prize must be picked up in person at Valley Natural Foods. Prize will not be shipped.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The winner will be contacted by direct message on or around Sunday, July 12. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within the required time, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or does not pick up the prize by the stated deadline, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Winner must present a valid photo ID at pickup. Prize must be picked up by date stated in direct message. If the prize is not picked up by the deadline, it may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Taxes and Fees
The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or using the prize.
10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner gives Valley Natural Foods permission to use their first name, likeness, and/or general location for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, unless prohibited by law.
11. Privacy
Information collected through this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize. Information submitted is subject to the Valley Natural Foods Privacy Policy.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

13. General Conditions
Valley Natural Foods reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the giveaway.
Valley Natural Foods reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, inappropriate, or does not comply with these Official Rules.
14. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Valley Natural Foods, which are final and binding.
