BLT Pizza

Pizza night is a common occurrence in many homes across the city and with pizza, the sky is the limit when you think of how many different kinds of topping combinations one can create. This pizza is an easy, delicious variation of a classic sandwich.

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2. Place Naan flat bread pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and evenly spread ¼ cup Smokey ranch dip on each piece of Naan flat bread then sprinkle with bacon and mozzarella.
  • 3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Right before serving, top each pizza with diced tomatoes, lettuce and avocados.
