  • 1. In a large bowl, use your hands to gently mix Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and ground beef until distributed evenly.
  • 2. Divide ground beef mixture to form 8-12 patties, depending on desired size.
  • 3. Evenly spoon bleu cheese crumbles onto half of the patties.
  • 4. Place the remaining patties on top of the patties with bleu cheese crumbles and crimp close with your fingers.
