Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Making buffalo style chicken wings is sometimes a labor of love and there are times when a quick fix is needed. These sliders are a great alternative to baking or frying up wings as they can be made ahead of time, frozen and taken out when a craving comes calling. Perfect for grilling anytime of the year as well.

  • 1. In a large bowl mix together the ground chicken, garlic, onion, celery, panko, parsley, red wine vinegar, Dijon and crumbled blue cheese.
  • 2. Form into patties, heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat and cook patties for 4 to 6 minutes per side until no longer pink.
  • 3. Meanwhile in a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter, whisk in the hot sauce and vinegar for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Dip each burger into the buffalo sauce mixture, place on a toasted bun with lettuce and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
