Cajun Beef Low Boil

Looking for a fun, hands on type of dinner? This dish is for those who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty while they enjoy good food and good times with loved ones. Serve this pot of goodness with the Creamy Horseradish Sauce for dipping.


Replace meat with 2 lbs. cauliflower and cook until tender in the last 10 minutes of cooking time.

  • 1. Place water, seasoning and beef sirloin in a large pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 2. Add the Andouille sausage, fingerling potatoes and onion and cook for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Next add the red cabbage, simmer for an additional 20 minutes and in the last 5 minutes, and add the orange bell pepper and green beans.
  • 4. Drain the water and dump the ingredients into the center of a table covered with tin foil or layered brown wrapping paper.
  • 5. Serve with garlic bread and creamy horseradish sauce.
  • 6. CREAMY HORSERADISH SAUCE RECIPE: Mix together the Greek yogurt, sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and parsley in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until use. Serve with Cajun Beef Low Boil.
