Creamy Grape and Apple Crostini

This is a recipe our Fresh Foods Educator, Kirsten Shabaz, featured as a healthy holiday party fare recipe for our store’s December 2013 Community Night. Community Night welcomes families from four local schools to the co-op once a month during the school year for healthy free food sampling, a healthy meal served in the deli and fun activities.

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, grapes, apples, celery and slivered almonds.
  • 2. Using a spoon, place a tablespoon of the mixture on top of a bagel chip.
  • 3. Serve right away!
