Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

The warm comforting taste of beef Stroganoff couldn’t get any easier than this. Slow cooking the beef and mushrooms brings a rich depth to every bite.  Make your favorite creamy mashed potatoes or pasta to complete the dish.

  • 1. Combine flour, pepper & paprika in the slow cooker, add beef stew meat and toss to coat beef well.
  • 2. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
  • 3. Cover & cook on HIGH 3 – 3 ½ hours or LOW 6-7 hours.
  • 4. Stir in sour cream, parsley and salt to taste, cover and cook an additional 30 minutes or until heated through.
