Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2. Cut each Brussels sprout in half and place in a roasting pan.
  • 3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic and olive oil.
  • 4. Drizzle olive oil over sprouts, toss to coat well and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until sprouts begin brown around the edges and are fork tender.
