Grilled Buffalo Steaks with Broccoli

Sometimes you just want a good steak and this buffalo steak really delivers. Pair it with some delicious flavorful Garnet Aioli and sweet roasted broccoli and you’ll be glad you fired up the grill.

  • 1. Season buffalo steaks with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2. Place on grill over medium high heat and grill 3-5 minutes per side depending on desired taste.
  • 3. Top each grilled buffalo steak with some Garnet Aioli.
  • 4. Place broccoli halves on a jelly roll pan or in an oven safe dish.
  • 5. Toss with the olive oil, remaining 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
  • 6. Roast at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  • 7. Meanwhile place minced garlic and butter in small dish and mix with a spoon until blended.
  • 8. When broccoli is roasted, toss with garlic butter & serve.
