Haitian Pork Chops and Garlic Green Beans

There’s nothing better than firing up your grill for the first time. These pork chops seasoned with a flavorful blend of herbs and spices paired with a quick to make Tex-Mex salad provide not only your taste buds some enjoyment, but you as well because you’ll cut your time down in the kitchen to make this great meal.

  • 1. Preheat grill to medium high heat or 350 degrees.
  • 2. Season both sides of each pork chop with the Haitian Love Rub.
  • 3. Place seasoned pork chops on heated grill for 4-6 minutes each side or until meat is no longer pink, cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium and 160 for well done.
  • 4. Meanwhile, place green beans in a foil pouch.
  • 5. Sprinkle garlic over green beans, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
  • 6. Grill for 5-8 minutes or until tender crisp.
