Hot Chicken & Swiss Buns

There’s nothing better than a hot and quick meal for your weekdays. This Hot Chicken and Swiss Bun is extremely versatile to fit your family’s needs. Throw on an avocado and some chipotle mayo for a southwestern spin, or switch out the ham for your favorite sliced meat.

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard. Spread the mixture on the inside of each pretzel bun half.
  • 3. Place one slice of cheese on the bottom of each pretzel half and top with the ham, chicken and pickle slices.
  • 4. Add another slice of cheese and the top of the pretzel bun.
  • 5. Place each sandwich on a 9x13 inch pan and cover with foil.
  • 6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated thoroughly.
