  • 1. In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced tarragon, salt and pepper.
  • 2. Add the shredded chicken, celery, shallot and chopped artichoke hearts and fold together with a rubber spatula until well combined.
  • 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to develop, serve cold.
