Marinated Flank Steak

Nothing says warm weather like a steak on the grill. This steak is easy to prepare and works perfectly as a main dish with roasted potatoes and vegetables, as a topping for a fresh salad or sliced thin and used as the filling for a sandwich.

  • 1. Place the flank steak in a gallon plastic bag.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over steak, seal bag and place in the fridge.
  • 3. Marinate for at least 8 hours before grilling.
  • 4. Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • 5. Remove from grill, cover with foil for 10 minutes then slice thinly against the grain right before serving.
