Mexican Pizza

Pizza variations are endless and this one is a favorite for many people. It’s as easy as taking your favorite taco fixings and instead of eating them in a tortilla, you put it all on a “pizza” crust. This recipes is perfect for a build your own party, everyone can make their own Mexican Pizza, you just put out all the toppings.

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2. In a large skillet brown ground beef then drain.
  • 3. Add water, seasoning and salt to browned beef, stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes, remove from stove and set aside.
  • 4. Place Naan flat bread pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and evenly spread ¼ cup Smokey ranch dip on each piece of Naan flat bread then sprinkle with seasoned ground beef, olives and cheese.
  • 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Right before serving, top each pizza with salsa and lettuce.
