  • 1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and scoop yolks into a medium-sized bowl and place egg whites onto a serving platter.
  • 2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pepper, salt, parsley, garlic and Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the egg yolks and beat with a hand mixer until well combined.
  • 3. Using a spoon, distribute the yolk mixture evenly into the egg whites.
  • 4. Sprinkle eggs with croutons and paprika.
  • 5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
