Pizza Pie

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • 2. Grease a 9-inch glass pie plate with butter, set aside.
  • 3. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown ground beef, sausage, onion, mushrooms, and green peppers.
  • 4. Once browned, drain, stir in black olives and pizza sauce and set aside.
  • 5. Next, in a large bowl mix together the cooked pasta, parsley, ½ cup provolone cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.
  • 6. Stir to coat all ingredients well and press into prepared pie plate.
  • 7. Spread the sour cream over the noodle mixture, then spoon in the meat mixture, spreading out to the sides of the pie plate.
  • 8. Top with remaining provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  • 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until center is hot and top is golden brown.
  • 10. Remove from oven, cool for 10 minutes, cut into wedges and serve.
