Spinach Feta Burgers

These burgers are full of flavor and in a blind taste test those who sink their teeth into the burger don’t even taste the spinach. This is a great way to get your family an extra serving of leafy greens without a fight.   • 1. Preheat grill to medium high heat or 350 degrees.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix the olive tapenade & plain yogurt and refrigerate until use.
  • 3. In a large bowl mix together the ground meat, spinach, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes and feta cheese. and form into patties.
  • 4. Place burgers on heated grill for 5-7 minutes each side or until burger reaches desired taste.
  • 5. Serve on a toasted bun with olive yogurt sauce, tomatoes & lettuce.
