Sweet & Savory Brussels Sprouts

If you never liked Brussels Sprouts as a child we dare you to try this recipe.  It’s savory and sweet with a nice crunchy finish.

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2. Using a roasting pan, toss the Brussels sprouts, grapes and garlic with olive oil.
  • 3. Spread out evenly and sprinkle vegetables with herbs, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender. Remove from oven, pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with pistachios.
