In her Book: Vegan Meal Prep: A 5-Week Plan with 125 Ready-to-Go Recipes (Robert Rose) Robin Asbell lays out strategies and plans that allow you to cook whole, plant-based foods and assemble them as you need to throughout your week. In this class we’ll learn about meal prepping and make some dishes from Week One in the book.
