Meet the Managers of Valley Natural Foods
October is National Cooperative Month and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate all month long.
We wouldn’t be what we are today without our shoppers and member-owners, we wouldn’t be who we are without the leadership of our managers!
This month, we’ll be introducing all of our store managers and give you a glimpse into who they are, why they love being a part of VNF, and what they love outside of the co-op.
Please meet Marco — our Deli Manager!

How long have you been at Valley Natural Foods? This is my third month as Valley Natural Foods’ Deli Manager.
Why do you love being a part of a co-op? I love being a part of the co-op because we provide a means to healthy and clean eating. We support growth in our communities and we aid in keeping our environment clean safe.
What’s your favorite product from the Deli? My favorite Deli food is our cheese pizza. My favorite Juice Bar drink is the “Refresher” — raw juices from cucumber, celery, apple, kale, and parsley.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? My Favorite way to spend my off day is with my family hanging out with my spouse and kids.
What are a couple of things you can’t live without and why? I can’t live without my family, good food, and fun!
What was the last TV show you binged or book you read? The Amazon tv series “The Boys”
What’s your go-to coffee/tea order? My go-to coffee is Peace Coffee’s signature blend, Morning Glory.
Any pets? We have a dog and his name is Rocco, an XL Bully. We got him when was two and a half months old.
Anything else you like to share about who you are and why you love Valley Natural Foods? I am a bit reserved but once I get to know a person, I open up a little bit. I am very happy that I’m apart of the Valley Natural Foods Family and Leadership Team!
